KTMA SOLUTIONS is a Canadian company incorporated as a corporation in Québec. It operates from Québec and develops software as well as information technology services. Our work rests on a conviction: the value of a technology is measured first by its ability to meet a concrete need in an understandable, durable and controlled way. We design software and offer information technology services. These activities complement each other: developing our own products informs our thinking about systems, while our IT services practice leads us to consider the real constraints organizations face.

Our portfolio brings together products with distinct uses, guided by the same design standard. Instruzic supports music learning. Case Familiale is a private platform devoted to family ties and the passing down of memories. Membrello brings together organizations’ members, dues and committee governance. KTMA ERP is for service firms, consultants and teams that need to coordinate their engagements. KTMA CC is a solution for organizing the creation of digital content. KTMA Agent offers an approach to AI assistance built around explicit rules and human oversight.

Alongside our software publishing activity, we offer development, integration, analysis and technology support services, as well as IT consulting services. Our approach emphasizes understanding the need, clear responsibilities, the quality of solutions and control over changes. For KTMA ERP, we rely in particular on the open-source foundations of ERPNext and the Frappe ecosystem, complemented by our own developments.

We favour Canadian French in our communications and in the presentation of our services. We pay particular attention to data protection, permission management and the transparency of technical interventions. In KTMA ERP, the support mechanism rests in particular on access that is requested, approved by the client, time-limited and revocable.
