Problem : Running a service business means connecting client engagements, consultants, hours worked, approvals and billing. This information is often spread across several tools. KTMA ERP is designed to bring it together in a coherent environment, with explicit business rules and controls suited to each participant’s responsibilities.

• Consultants and engagements, with rates that apply according to periods and versions (dated, versioned rates).
• Timesheets with dual approval: an internal validation, then approval by an authorized person on the client side, without giving them access to the entire ERP back office.
• Billing based on approved time.
• Controls designed to ensure that each billing obligation and credit note is applied only once.

KTMA ERP is designed to limit each access to its authorized scope and to preserve separation between client organizations. This design goal is not a promise that IT risks are entirely absent.

Support is designed to remain under your control: any access to your environment must be requested, approved by you, time-limited and revocable. Support terms are specified in writing; an announced service window is not a guaranteed response time.

We can propose a separate migration service through a written proposal, with the work carried out in stages: analysis, simulation, your validation, import, then reconciliation. Common formats (CSV, XLSX, JSON) are handled first; other formats are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

KTMA ERP is built on ERPNext 16 and on components of the Frappe ecosystem, including Frappe HR, to which are added applications developed by KTMA SOLUTIONS. These components remain subject to their respective licences.
